Where their child is born falls way down my list of priorities.
1. Healthy Baby
2. Healthy Kim
3. Healthy and sane Dad
….
Way down the list,
Born in Tennessee. I would love 🧡 that the stars would align for the child to be born a Tennessean!

I know. Just using my humor. Pat as you know would not allow Tyler to be born in any state but TN.

Yep. People are also forgetting that Pat Summitt was born and raised in Tennessee and went to college at UT-Martin. CCK is a West Virginia gal. She never had any connection to Tennessee until she took this job. She does not have the same strong ties to the State.

With comments I've read that CKC made and the memorabilia in her office, I would tend to disagree a bit! Maybe strong connection to the state is correct....but, to the program Pat ran! I think that's another story.

My X Sis n law was at UTM and same dorm and floor as Pat as a freshman. Said she carried a BB with her almost all the time!!

Remember the story when Pat was flying back from a recruiting trip (M. Marciniak). She went into labor when they were over Virginia but told the pilot: "NOT having this baby in Virginia! Get me back to Knoxville!" (Might be paraphrasing, but you get it.) :cool:

Kim. It's (almost) 2025. Not being physically present is not a problem anymore. Given what we know about CKC so far, there will be someone officially named acting HC, but she'll be there via zoom, etc. I don't see much changing at all and I'll bet she's physically present again quickly. Maternity "leave" is not necessarily what it use to be.

Wish she'd take plenty of time and even distance to bond w her child, but don't think she will.
