There is a boy in high school taking a girl to prom. Being a guy he waits till the last minute for EVERYTHING.
He needs tickets, so while at school he goes to buy tickets. There is a line. he stands in the ticket line. finally is able to buy a ticket.
after school he has to do all the things too.
He needs a tux, so he goes to the rental shop, and there is a line. so he stands in tuxedo line, and is able to get a tux.
He wants to buy her a corsage, so he goes to flower shop. there is of course a line for the corsage, he stands in the corsage line, and is finally able to get one he likes.
come prom night, he didn't make reservations for dinner, so they have to stand in the restaurant line in the restaurant. but the meal is really good.
after dinner they go to prom, get there and they are just letting people in so there is a line. They stand in the ticket line and give them their tickets.
inside there are all the typical prom things, food and drinks, including some punch, a dance floor, a photographer.
first thing they do is go to the photographer while they are looking nice. they stand in the photographers line, and eventually get some really good pictures.
next they get out on the dance floor, and of course it just so happens to be during a congla line dance, so they join the conga line.
after dancing for a while they decide to go get some snacks, they have to go stand in the snack line, get their food and go back to the table.
finally, the girl asks the boy to get her some punch. so the boy walks up there, and there is no punch line.
