Bama and playoff?

They positioned Bama perfectly to ensure if they can win out they'll be one of the 4 teams in the playoff. Why? Because LSU and UGA if they win out have to play each other in the SECCG and loser does not make it in but Bama does.
I think you are wrong. If UGA beats LSU, then UGA and LSU get in. Alabama is left sitting at home. You can’t put Alabama in over LSU when LSU beat Alabama head to head.

Lots of football left for Bama and UGA. Auburn could beat either of them, or both, if their moons line up. Auburn is the mooniest lining up school I've ever seen.

Bama has only Auburn to beat as a tough game! Georgia has Auburn and if they win out then play LSU for SECC! LSU wins and Bama gets in providing they beat Auburn in last regular season game.

Making the assumption (a big one) that there will not be any more "major upsets"...

If LSU wins the SEC:
LSU
Ohio State
Clemson
Bama

If UGA wins the SEC:
Ohio State
UGA
Clemson
LSU

Oregon, Utah, Penn State, and Oklahoma all have an outside shot, but several dominos would have to tip their way. Minnesota and Baylor will not finished undefeated, and the late loss(es) will knock them down or out of the top 10. Bama gets in as a 1-loss team to an undefeated LSU. If UGA gets to the SECCG and wins it, then LSU gets in as a 1-loss team to the SEC Champion. If any of the top 5 I listed drop another game, then it opens the door for one of the next 4 in line. But if not, the field of 4 will come from the field of 5 I listed.

Go Vols.

Is the Alabama/MSU game so big that it has to be on ESPN and the SECN? I mean I get some SEC team are off this week but there's nothing else you can show right now on the SECN?

LSU may have done Bama a favor in their win. LSU will likely play GA, and if they play as they have all year, it'll be a win. Meanwhile Bama gets to rest up, no injuries from an SECCG, and walk in through the back door and into the CFPs. I'd bet on that.

Not any more. Tua was just carted off. Right ankle. Was still in the game with the score 35-7

Can Bama beat Auburn without Tua? If Bama loses to Auburn does a PAC 12 or Big 12 get a team in?

Its definitely more difficult now. AU is legit on D but I think Bama still has a better offense without Tua than AU will field. Makes for an interesting game.
Bama isnt getting in with 2 Ls. I'm not sold they get in with 1.

If UGA beats an undefeated LSU in Atl the SEC will get 2.

LSU cant stop nobody. They will not SECChamps

What are the chances that TWO maybe THREE calls go against LSU in the first three quarters of the SECCG to cause Georgia to at least be even with them heading into the fourth quarter?

Hint: there are your two SEC teams and Bama is out!

I don’t think Bama can get into the playoff even by beating Auburn unless complete chaos happens and we have some 2 loss conference champs.

If somehow a 1 loss Bama and 1 loss Ohio State both got left out of the playoff, that would be amazing in so many ways. Hillary losing in 2016 would look like a pleasure cruise compared to the amount of bitching and moaning that would happen if those 2 fan bases were left on the outside looking in.

What? You don't think "directional state U" will beat Bama in week 13? (joke) I'd never heard of Western Carolina in football before. I think they were in bball tourney some time in the past. They did beat North Greenville so they could be prime for the win.. LOL

Bama will be in the playoffs. Tua or no Tua. It was written in the preseason. The media loves them.

Bama shouldn't be unless both BIg 12 and Pax 12 champions have 2 losses but lol the Bama bias is real though
