Hate to hear the latest casualty on Moses, you’ve had more than your share. BOL (and others) are questioning Cochran, is there some merit to that. I do believe he is still old school but I love his motivational skills. A guy on BOL who claims his wife is an expert in the field that works with professionals say they are wary of Bama players. I recall a rush of shoulder issues for us about ten years ago and lo and behold we change strength technique and those went away. What do you think is going on?

Cochran is an excellent motivator, and he keeps the players accountable. But I seriously doubt that his actual S&C regimen is all that different compared to any other major sports program. And there isn't any specific injury that is happening repeatedly. It's not like it's all a bunch of torn ACLs like Moses just suffered. Tua had a sprained knee and an ankle. Lewis had a busted shoulder, then tore up his elbow. Kenyan Drake snapped his tibia in half. CJ Moseley dislocated his hip.

I mean, maybe the practice field needs to be resodded.
