Pretty interesting, and whatever is causing it, it could explain how Florida went from a surefire blowout to a 2-point loss.

Week 1: Bama thrashed Miami in the first half, second half was 17-10

Week 2: Bama thrashed Mercer in the first half, second half was 17-14

Week 3: Bama was embarrassing Florida in the first half, the second half Florida outscored them 20-10.

So in second halves this year, Bama has scored 44 points, and given up 44 points. That’s interesting considering they haven’t even gotten to the hard part of their schedule yet.

Maybe. I could see slowing down scoring, but slowing down on defense? I mean what did they do, put in their 3rd string of 5* players?
I’m probably the only person that watched all of the Mercer game because my son goes there. Mercer played them tougher than I expected, but Bama could’ve picked their final score in that one.

Traitor - wait, Mercer or Bama?
