They've been cheating at recruiting going back to the Bahr days. It will never end, even when they almost got the death penalty back in the early 2'000's.

At least Bama's program, no matter how corrupt, is more "market driven" than the U.S. auto industry now.

Customers aren't clamoring for EVs. The "energy math" makes no sense environmentally. The availability of required mineral resources for EVs highly favors our competitors/enemies.

The pressure on auto makers is coming from within the Federal government. Is that not the economic definition of fascism?
