QB every year. Notice that? Some guy who is not very talented physically, not terribly impressive, but doesn't make too many mistakes, manages the game well--and basically lets the running game and defense win it. That's saban's system. Last night their QB played well--but he was making easy, short throws that lsu was slow defending. Totally inept performance by LSU all night.

He made some nice touch passes last night, about 5-6 of them just dropped in perfectly.

It was a good gameplan, I felt LSU adjusted in the 2nd Quarter somewhat, but at the end of the day they kept the Tigers in it when they shouldn't have been until late in the 4th.

He did everything and plus last night. IMHO

The plus with Saban's style is that he doesn't really need a great QB, considering the strength of their running game.

I think if Neyland was coaching today, Tennessee teams would look very similar to the Alabama teams of today. Conservative on offense with outstanding defense.
