Hey vol fans, I live in Alabama and Im a diehard bama fan. First off I would like to say that I think this weekends game will be lopsided either way. Ya'll might blow us out or vice versa. Another thing I would like to add is that I don't like seeing yall post them pictures of the bear with a 20 dollar bill in his hand. Yall need to remember that he was more of a man than that and bama has 12 national titles compared to yalls 1, 21 sec titles compared to yalls 12 or 13 and we lead the all time series by 7. So yall must just be really jealous of bama yall redneck, moonshine making tennessee fans. I talked to an auburn fan who went to the AU UT game and said how there was drunk rednecks everywhere. Bama fans have class. We win and don't tear down our goal post after an ordinary win for us wich would be a big win for yall. Another couple of things I need to remind yall of is that we won every game from 1971-1981 in the series.Remember 1990-the kick, Remember 2002 34-14 in the quiet neyland stadium. This is all I have to say so I'll be back here Saturday at about 6 oclock bragging about how bad we beat yall.

Yall aint got much to say now....Once we start getting into stats about tradition and all time series, yall seem to really back down

don't call me a bammer that lives in the past because last year and the game 25 years ago were in the past, heck last week was in the past incase you don't know the definition of past. Tennessee fans are so ignorant and drunk all of the time that they don't know what they are talking about

Tennessee fans are so ignorant and drunk all of the time that they don't know what they are talking about ...i think that was the funniest thing ive read on this board :beer: :lol:

Alabama has a proud football tradition, but I don't understand their desire to lie and exaggerate it. According to any non-partisan source of information Alabama has only ten national championships. Still it is eight more than we have, maybe one of these days you bammers can catch up to those other Grand Football Powers of the Past, Yale and Princeton in terms of national championships.

One that makes an effort to CARRY ON TRADITIONS, not Live IN THE SHADOWS OF THE FEW THAT ARE DEAD AND GONE!!! The one good thing you had going for you died in the early 1980's. Let me let you in on a secret, so did your program.

Every time you bring in a coach you run him off before he has a chance to produce. It takes a couple of three years to see the fruits of a new coach. Let HIS recruits make the ranks.

Hell you are getting me all fired up, like I did during the Auburn game when I about had to whup the guy sitting next to me. He had already fired every coach and benched half the team before halftime. I told him to shut the hell up he was making me feel like I was still in alabama.

Hmmmm, wonder if he re-hired the coaches after the Georgia game???

The NCAA officially recognizes (the NCAA recognizes certain polls as "official") that the University of Tennessee Volunteers have 6 National Championships.

That is probably the same math used to show that Alabama has 12.

2 of the 6 were "Consensus" National Championships. 1951 and 1998.

The other 4: 1938, 1940, 1950, and 1967

Amazingly, the 1939 Vols team, which is the last NCAA team to go the regular season without giving up a single point, is not recognized as no. 1 by any of the NCAA&#39;s officially recognized polls. They finished no. 2 in the AP that year to Texas A&M.

The Vols have finished 2nd in the AP poll 4 times: 1938, 1939, 1956, and 1967. The Vols also finished 2nd in the Coaches&#39; poll in 1995.
