Obama blocks access to White House visitor list - White House- msnbc.com

The irony that Mr. Transparency is using the same argument Bush used to keep secrets. More irony in this being pursued by Barry's campaign mouthpiece MSNBC.

It really looks like all of those pledges during the campaign to change the tone in DC and change how government is run were just typical lies....you know, the usual way DC is run. While some may say DC changed Obama, I'll say Obama never changed to begin with. If anything, Chicago-style politics is corrupting DC...

let's play the "who said it" game

"For a long time now there's been too much secrecy in this city," X said. "The old rules said that if there was a defensible argument for not disclosing something to the American people, then it should not be disclosed. That era is now over. Starting today, every agency and department should know that this administration stands on the side not of those who seek to withhold information, but those who seek to make it known."

I was not on the board during the elections. I was working on campaigns. And no....I was not remotely close to being an Obama fan. The last post I made during the election was way back in the primaries of the GOP. I sat on an Opposition Research folder for a while thinking Obama stood no chance of beating Clinton. Little did I realize at the time Hillary squandered her campaign thinking she was a lock for the White House before a caucus or primary ever took place.
