Aaron Fitt of D1 Baseball has a first by putting a Vol on his All Fitt most fun to watch team.

RP: Kirby Connell, Tennessee​

They call him “Vollie Fingers” — my favorite nickname of 2024 — because of his incredible, iconic mustache. And the stocky 5-foot-11, 196-pound southpaw became a linch pin of a national championship bullpen this year, after spending last year working mostly as a lefty specialist. To me, he exemplifies the finest qualities of the 2024 national champion Volunteers; for all the talent on this roster, the Vols stood out most for their grit in the end, and Connell oozes grit from every pore.
