If you've ever read any other interviews with Grant Morrison you would know this quote is a joke. The guy has been writing batman for over 5 years now with now hint of gayness.

Read his book Supergods if you want his take on the history of superhero comics. When he gets to the Schumacher batman films you will see that this is a joke.
