He's considered to be pretty good there overall, and I don't disagree, but his official SEC record since 2019, with the vacated wins from the 2021 season, is 14-31 (.311). That isn't even good by their standards. Their all-time SEC record is 206-444-20 (.307).

He isn't as bad as Drinkwitz or Beamer. Drinkwitz is that mouthy kid that gets beat up as the bus stop, and Beamer is a try-hard socially awkward extravert.

He took advantage of some of the worst Tennessee teams ever fielded.

He actually didn't. He's 2-10 against Tennessee. If you're talking about just the 2 games he won, sure, but there were plenty of other bad Tennessee teams who managed to still beat him.
