Stuff I remember from geology class: Mohs scale is used to classify the hardness of minerals. And a harder mineral will scratch a softer one and won’t be scratched itself. Related: there was black all over our helmets and uniforms where it came off Commodore uniforms. And nary a bit of white to be seen on Vandy. Vols hit harder. It’s science.

I thought this was going to be a post about us fans and all of our battle scars from the past 2 decades causing us to have to remind ourselves not to change the channel to keep from watching our players fold at the first hint of adversity (this was the case for MANY years). These men are tough and have heart and won't quit.
