Makes one wonder if Art would have tried to do anything, if his superiors told him to shut up. I mean you're paying a man millions a year, he pretty much does what he's told. How high up the chain is this fixing to go I wonder.

I would say that the people in charge at that school need to do some serious soul-searching, but I'm not sure that many of them have functioning souls.

Didn't know if the other articles mentioned this. No way they don't get IMMEDIATE sanctions now. Bye bowl and significant number of recruits. Baylor'''s Title IX coordinator asked for $2 million, refused to sign confidentiality agreement

The downside is it looks like her intentions were just to get money (blackmail). Recording secret conversation, demanding 2 mil and then heading straight to the news. While I think BU is getting what they deserve I feel like she will embellish everything for a good story and to get paid. She just as bad as them and I see why even the newly hired people want rid of her. JMO

Oh there's nothing redeeming about her...you're correct. Sometimes you have to deal with some slimy people to get at high profile slimy people.

It's just outdated.

Oh, so suddenly university administrators are reacting more appropriately, so it's no longer needed? Is there some evidence of this?

(I do think that UT has sort of figured it out. Don't think Baylor has tho.)

The sexual crime reporting is fine. The other parts such as scholarship allocation are outdated. They should be separate rules. It's kinda like NATO.

Now we know why Baylor was able to go from the outhouse to the penthouse. Even if we would hire Briles as OC, I think I would rather keep Debord and go 8-4, 9-3.
