I hope our defense resembles FSU speed soon. This game has potential to be one heck of a finish. Wish Tennessee was playing FSU again.

Doesn't Sunseri just coach defensive ends at FSU?

I've heard linebackers I've heard defensive ends. I'm not sure I just know what I saw him quoted saying. The situation at tn was horrible he basically said we sucked and fsu made his job easy compared to us.

You gotta look beyond the paint and the canvas. You gotta look at the painter and the vision. I'm thinking CBJ has a good one. Speed speed speed. We need more and more of it.

UT would get killed....or were you talking about 1998?

Yes. He isn't the DC.

This years team would have. But I was thinking a better Tennessee team. One worthy of being in the game. Its a hypothetical statement anyways.

Yes. He isn't the DC.

Judging by their 1st half performance in the BCS, I'm not so sure FSU would exactly kill us. Of course there's still another half to go.

What I see is pretty much what I always see in these BCS Championships. The better QB play along with dominant defensive lines win championships. Though I have to give credit to Florida Stat's D-Line as well. They are playing at a very high level.

Sorry but your assumptions are just that. Assumptions. We could play them and hang 50 on them. One game doesn't mean anything.

Yeah, we wouldn't hang 50 on them playing a 3rd string freshman QB unless they set the ball down on the 1 yard line every kickoff return, and all their team moved off to their sidelines to let one of our players pick it up and run it in.

So I guess all of you saying we couldn't beat FSU obviously do not remember Appalachian State vs Michigan in 2007. I am NOT saying it WOULD happen, just that it could. Saying it couldn't it just pure stupidity.

When the odds are less than .01% of UT of winning, I wouldn't go off as saying it is pure stupidity to think that FSU will beat UT.

Sunseri and Pruitt's hirings at FSU show what others think of Sunseri's potential as DC. Pruitt was coaching HS'ers 2 yrs ago now he's a national championship DC. It shows it was more than just the roster at UT, there's a reason he's never been more than a position coach in 30 yrs of coaching.
