The Vols have moved up to 7 in the current BCS calculation after its 42-17 victory over La Tech. The Vols are 10th in the AP, 8th in the Coaches', 8th in Billingsley's, 6th in Colley Matrix, and 8th in Sagarin's.

5- Ohio St
6- Oklahoma
7- Tennessee
8- Auburn
9- West Virginia
10- Florida St

104- UNLV
21- Florida

28- Notre Dame
108- Vanderbilt

For those looking at Auburn's 1st 3 opponents:
115- La.Monroe
87- Miss State (some computers do not recognize I-AA opponents, therefore MSU is not penalized for losing to Maine)
15- LSU
nr- Citadel (I-AA not ranked)

These are the current rankings and the current value of a team. Just like preseason 2003 top 10 Auburn ended up with a 7-5 record.... it doesn't matter where a team starts, its how they finish.
