Be realistic. The magic hasn't been around since 1998 and will unlikely return while CPF is at the top spot. Optimism is fine as long as it isn't encapsulated with a hard shell of denial. Go Vols.

I don't get this guy UT still has a consistent top 10 program while we don't win championships every year, and their performance in the last two Peach Bowls has been pitiful we are still light years ahead of the Johnny Majors Era of UT Football. I think Fulmer needs to show improvement this season in many areas, but his shortcomings hardly merit his firing.

How soon they forget.... remember the Majors era ... go for the tie , get a lead and sit on it... My God man, Fulmer is still the winningest active coach out there... who in the world would you replace him with?

UT is not a consistant top 10 team any more, but they are a consistant Top 20 team.

I've seen you before, and you were just as insightful there.

Be realistic? How much more realistic does it get than having 2 freshmen as your starting QB? We have no clear starting TB, a line that has yet to prove itself, and a questionable secondary.

I can be more critical of Fulmer than most, but if he is finally doing what he needs to. I don't expect a lot, but I expect accountability.

Why even bother saying "Go Vols" after that pothetic statement!!!!

That's what I was thinking. Now if he had come in with a 'Fire Randy Sanders' schtick......... :rocks:

Fire Randy Sanders !?!?!?!? :bad:

That's ridiculous. :censored: Randy doesn't have the offensive autonomy necessary to open the offense. Fulmer is responsible for every aspect of the team, so he needs to inform Randy to step up or move out. Fulmer won't and can't do that because he needs a scapegoat. Go Vols! Preferably without Fulmer and his antiquated offense.

I guess 'cause Johnny Majors is still alive and available that you want him? I am tired of people criticizing without offering a valid solution to what they perceive is a problem.

I guess if you were a Penn State fan you would be yelling for Joe's head, or making the secret calls to try to oust Tubby, or maybe running Bowden out of town because he can't recruit a kicker who doesn't shank it during the big game.... give me a break! :flush:

fulmer is a great coah. somebody has to loose every game, but just cause u loose doesnt necisarily mean ur a bad coach. u have to get lucky sometimes.
