RIP to the guy with the disgusting neck. Most famous for his prediction that Ron Paulus would win the heisman 4 straight years when he chose Notre Dame.

I don't really remember that specifically, but it is possible? He was anti-south. Not a fav...but still, RIP Beano :hi:

The best thing I ever heard him say was that Gen Neyland was the best coach in the history of college football. He always told you the history and a bunch of good stories from back in the day.

Fun to listen to. Mostly he just made up his predictions based on thin air. He was a big Paterno/PSU fan also. He was good for the game.

I remember him saying multiple times that UT should've hired Jim Grobe from WF after Fulmer was fired. That would've worked out well...
