Beast Package just once to send off AJ

I could see it in the last game of the year, but I wouldn't expect it. We need him on D and I don't want to see him get hurt.

Before, we didn't have as many weapons on offense, and we needed to put AJ back there. Now, we have plenty of options.

I'd rather him get a pick 6 or a scoop and score.

i'm with you MajorVol he is doing plenty right now,playing linebacker and on special teams,I do worry for his health

The way he's getting out on coverage, he may get that pick 6 on Saturday against ASU.

I'd rather see AJ get a pick six. You could tell he was really trying to take that one to the house last weekend.

I'd definitely like to see the Beast Package in the last few offensive plays of our bowl game. He's earned it.

Wanted him to get the pick six at the game too. I could see Butch installing the beast package for the bowl game-- another reason to show the kids he is there for them and this is just as much their team as it is his... He can show the young'ins how hard work pays off.

Poor guy was halfway to the end zone before he realized he didn't have the ball. The INT he did get looked tougher than the one he dropped.

Uh how many times did Hurd lose yardage on a carry. Uh how many times did AJ carry the ball when we needed more than one yard? The defense rest.

He dropped? The only two I remember with him was one that he ran and tipped and the one he picked both in the fourth quarter....

AJ will get the ball for a TD this year I can guarantee that. They said they even let him try to field punts and kick offs. Butch owes it to AJ. I know CBJ loves his players and when we are up a few TD's late in the season probably Vandy AJ will get his TD. Also another thing is if I remember correctly AJ has never had a sack, I think he said he came back to try to get one.

You are correct that AJ has never had a sack. You could tell he really wanted one Sunday night. Hope we see that determination all year from him.:rock:
