Are the new sanctions placed on Tennessee due to a past coach, or is the NCAA afraid of what hire the Vols might make? Could they be deliberately be setting up road blocks to keep a big name from considering the job? The SEC has been a power house of teams and if Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Auburn decide to spend the money the NCAA will be dominate for a decade or two at least.
