All my friends and family are like big conservatives and they hate Obama. Whenever they talk bad about him I just kind of smile and I'm like "yeah..." But inside I just want to tell them to shut up and support Obama but I am really embarrassed and they would make fun of me and probably wouldn't even believe me if I told them about my love for Obama because they hate him so much. My mama has a coffee mug that says friends don't let friends vote democrat. Is anyone else a closet Obama supporter and kind of scared to admit it to friends and family? It's not easy being like this especially around elections. I just want to get on Facebook and openly admit that I like Obama but it probably wouldn't even get over 5 likes and those would be from my 4 African-American friends and this liberal lady I know from California.

I would be embarrassed too if my reason for liking him (or anyone) is because he smokes.

Basing a vote on coolness and college football affiliation is just as good as throwing it away and spitting in the face of those who died to protect that right.

The main question here is, are you even old enough to vote? Your posts seem to indicate that you are maybe 13 or 14 years old. You may want to get off your daddy's VN account before he canes your butt if he is the conservative you say he is.
