Belmont has lost 3 games this year. 1 to Vandy and 2 to us. Seth Davis recently ranked them in his top 25. Looks like our wins keep getting stronger and our losses keep getting weaker. Should be interesting to see what the selection committee thinks of all this when it comes time to give Tennessee a seed.

If we make the tourney we will prob be a 4 or 5 seed...

I would rather have a high seed though so we can play people that are supposed to be better than us. This would give us a fighting chance.

If we were a 6 last year what would make us higher this year?

There is a lot of basketball to be played. That could be a good thing, or a bad thing. This team is an enigma.

7-9 seed. I don't mind any seed. We can play wih anyone if they have time to prepare and know their opponent. And Scotty must show up. No more 8 point games. He is crucial to this program's success.

the last few years, they have rating ut lower than previous years. i think three years ago i felt like we were a 1 or 2, then they put us a 5 (if memory serves me correctly) then we had to go thru louisville, u.n.c, and another big name school. my point being look for us to be a 12 to 15. run and tell that homeboy.

Again, BCS conference schools are not given the 12-16 seeds. Those seeds are filled by automatic qualifiers from non BCS conferences. The highest seed we could get would be a 9-11 and even those are usually occupied by other teams from mid-major conferences with an RPI high enough to get them in the tourney.
