Black Christmas is definitely my choice for #1, it's in my top 20 horror movies all time probably. Other good ones are...

Krampus top 3

Rare Exports top 3 but half the people I tell hate it

Silent Night, Deadly Night 1&2...1 is better but 2 has 1 of the greatest acting performances of all time

Silent Night...good semi remake of SNDN

A Christmas Horror Story...fun Anthology

Better Watch Out...
Home Alone if Kevin McCallister was a pervy psycho

Dead End...not that Christmasy but so underrated, I think there are 2 of these so the one with Lin Shaye and Ray Wise.

Advent Calender...new on Shudder, pretty good and creepy. Foreign language for you illiterate people.

Christmas Evil...the Taxi Driver of Christmas Horror

Anna and The Apocalypse.. part musical part Zombie movie, but really fun

Jack Frost 1&2...just dumb fun

Santas Slay...more dumb fun

All The Creatures Were Stirring...Anthology that is sometimes dumb fun

Ok I could go for a week, so I'll stop there lol

I would give it a 7.8721/10 the main girl is really good, pretty creepy and suspenseful. It's not very christmassy either though. Lol

I think you would really like Dead End too, good balance of creepy, scary and funny. Lin Shaye is great in it. Probably 8.3613/10

If anyone remembers the HBO anthology series "Tales from the Crypt" from 1989-1995, they had a really good Christmas episode entitled "And All Through the House," with Larry Drake (Dr. Giggles) as an escaped killer from a mental institution, dressed as Santa Claus on Christmas Eve.

Their old episodes can be found on the 42nd Street Grindhouse web site :

That's a good one. Fun fact: the same story is in the 1972 Tales From The Crypt movie except the ending is different as Santa chases the woman and chokes her to death. The shows version/ending was better. Lol

Another TV anthology series back in the day was Tales From The Darkside. One of the stories most people remember was the Christmas story about The Grither.

I actually kind of liked one of the remakes cause it had good kills, but I don't rememeber which one. The other was a hate crime towards the original lol
It was the 2019 one lol. It was the one that was trying to be more of social justice message than anything.
