Best coach on paper might not interview well

Just wanted to point out that we only see records but actually talking to them will affect Hart's decision, too. We may think Mora would be good but he could act like he's not interested in UT then pop an ammonia capsule and sniff it during the interview. Hart decides there is no way he's hiring this guy but we just wonder what Hart is doing and why he didn't hire him. What he can hear is if they have a passion to be at Tennessee (something i hope the next coach has) and if they have a good plan for moving us forward in addition to the part we can see (good coaching history).
