says Kentucky is focusing on Butch Davis at Cincinnati.

Only thing sure about Arkansas is that their AD Long just got a contract extension and a raise. Wonder if he's made the hire they want (as rumored) and they're thanking him?

Anybody hear anything solid about Chizik??

Kentucky coaching search?..Who cares...They won't hire anyone noteworthy...Hell its basketball season up there, The fans won't even know the football coaches name until the spring.

Many thanks. Figures I'd screw up my first thread.

I can't find anyone, anywhere talking seriously about Gruden possibly going to Arkansas except Arky fans.

Several acknowledge he has said he would consider ND or UT. Also rumored there is a bidding war going on between Arky and UT. But, everyone who is in any way connected to Gruden laughs at the Arky idea and has no comment about the UT possibility.
