No Isley Brothers? The Heat is On album...
Voyage to Atlantis

Great albums, should have been in the Honorable mention. The Heat is on album had funk songs on one side and ballads on the other. Man, that was the perfect album when your on a date.

Oh, Mista Larry Graham

Saw Graham in concert back in 78, Chic was headlining the show. Lets say Chic will never ever go behind Graham. The man flat out rocked the house. The Funkiest man on the Bass and inventor of the slap technique, honorable mentions to Stanley Clarke.
