2003 when we went 10-2 but finished by losing our bowl to end up 10-3. In 2004 we were 9-3 and won the bowl to end up the same. Since I was a freshman at the University in 2003 and this is what triggered me to start watching college football and become a fan of Tennessee, this ties for the best season I have experienced in terms of record.

Another thing, if they win their bowl and finish 11-2 it will be best and the first time since 2001. Also best ever for me since becoming a fan.

Can’t remember. I do remember a clear as day catch by Mark Jones being ruled incomplete though
