Hey All,

I've been out of the country for a while and haven't seen the Vols play in ages. I'd love to take my son to the game with Vandy on Saturday, and I was wondering who might be able to clue me in to the best source for tickets. I've checked StubHub, and there are only a handful of nose-bleed seats left, starting at $44. Does that sound about right? I've been out of the loop for a while, and I'm assuming the importance of this game makes these tickets fairly premium.

What'r the best options this close to game time?
Thanks all!

Hands down buy from a scalper outside the arena. Unfortunately this game is sold out, so the scalpers will charge what they want, but it shouldn't be too bad.

Hmm..if you have some experience with this, what would you say would be a fair price to pay for a ticket outside TBA for this game? Pretty much anywhere in the arena is ok with me, but mid-range seats would be great.

Thanks for the info!

Um for this game I'm gonna say LL sideline probably around 50-75/each. LL endzone 35-50/each. Upper deck sideline low rows 25-40. Upper deck endzone 20-35.

This is all ballpark.

One thing I advise you of...print a seating chart so you know where the tickets they're selling you are.

And the biggest thing...THE CLOSER TO TIP THE CHEAPER TICKETS GET. If you wanna get in early you'll pay top dollar, if you are willing to slide in as the game tips you'll get the best deal.

I lied, biggest thing Is don't pay asking price for tickets. In my experience they'll do almost half what they are asking. So if you want 3 and he tells you 80 a piece, you could probably get them for 120 all 3. You have to be willing to barter a bit.

I'll definitely keep all that in mind, thanks bTNo. Part of me says that's a lot to pay for decent seats in what is still likely to be an NIT year, but it would be nice to see this game. I'll hang on to the info. Take care!

I grew up in Huntsville. My first college game was UT/Vandy in 1969. I've been a VOL since.
