...and this is a year where Thig is 35th (normally better) and Elder at 52nd was key in getting Tuttle.

I guess we didn't let him finish his sentence...

We will be the best staff in the country...at recruiting!

This is an aggressive and relentless staff on the recruiting front but they are selling a great product from a nice location. This is how we should have always been doing business the last ten years.

The loyalty of our fan base sticking with this program through this has also been a big part of how these last two classes were possible.

Mahoney better coach that unit up next fall cause he seems like the only one on thin ice of the group.

No performance on the field and not one of the elite recruiters either it seems.

Get it Don!

Things were "falling apart" and now they aren't...everybody pitch in a little bit for BowlingGreen and sjt's fallout shelters.

Have I ever complained about recruiting buchna? Yet you talk about me being the straw man? Once again for your royal denseness; I said ideally a coach would prefer a team of returning SO instead of true FR. But please, go ahead and try to prove your point to your fanbase of clowns on here.

I understand your point except for this. I believe the Bowl game showed what the line can do with the right personnel in the right position and healthy. Heck, we blew Iowa off the line and still had one Tackle playing with no ACL and a club cast on his right hand. Mahoney can do the job if he has the talent to work with.

With last years class focusing on Skill Players and this years class focusing on the D-Line. What position do you think the ExtremeTeam16 class will be focused on?

You know, it's these very posts that give you a bad name on here. But who I am to judge?

Likely a small class. Id say DB's, more OL, and sprinkle in a few WR and RBs.

Um that makeshift O=Line did pretty well in the bowl game. I think Mahoney has done a great job with what he had to work with.

Just Saying.

I said this earlier over in the ole FF but I can paste it here now!

6 of our coaches are in the top 52 in the country! That in itself is very impressive! Great job by our staff n I'm startin to believe we have the "best staff in the country" I've always supported CBJ with that comment when he was hired due to the eye of the beholder. But dagnab it the country is startin to take notice as well!!

Still want to see more on gameday but I honestly think Jones rivals Saban, Miles, and others at the very elite level of recruiting. As good as Fulmer was, I don't remember him putting together 3 consecutive classes as good as Jones first 3... and Jones was handicapped badly in the first class.

I'm referring to the ones who follow him around slurping on his misrepresented posts. Not the forum posters in general.

On the other hand, luckily for me my livelihood isn't predicated on my perception from anonymous people on a college message board.
