Best states to land a recruit

I know that the general consensus would be that recruiting Florida is a must and the best place to get top athletes. However I was digging around and found this list of states. I was kinda shocked to it's order.

Here's the breakdown 1-15:
1. North Carolina
2. California
3. Florida
4. Virginia
5. Texas
6. Mississippi
7. Georgia
8. Pennsylvania
9. Ohio
10. South Carolina
11. Michigan
12. Illinois
13. Louisiana
14. Arizona
15. Alabama

I definitely disagree with the order, just curious to see what you guys thought.

I think Louisiana should be higher as well as South Carolina.

I know Bleacher Report is not a very credible source, I was just shocked to see how that site considered which state had the better recruits.

Definitely agree on LA. The darn humidity puts you in a foul disposition and makes you meaner than heck.
