The 1938 Tennessee Volunteers finished a perfect 11-0 and beat Oklahoma 17-0 in the Orange Bowl, snapping the Sooner's 14-game winning streak.Coach Bob Neyland's club that year outscored its opponents 293-16 and pitched eight shutouts.Halfback George "Bad News" Cafego was Sec player of the year and one of six UT All -Americans.Cafego,end Bowden Wyatt, guards Bob Suffridge(the best pulling guard of the single-wing era) and Ed Molinski, and General Neyland all enshrined into the College Football Hall Of Fame. :rocks:

I haven't seen that DVD here in Georgia, must be a Tennessee Walmart thing.

6, I'm thinking the 1998 National Championship DVD would not be a hot item at your Wal-Mart in Covington . . . I've been there many times, and it's not pretty.

That's the price you pay for moving to the country.I use to live in Stone Mountain where it only took a few minutes to get somewhere, now I have to drive like 20 to 25 minutes to get to the local shops.I don't frequent the Covington Walmart any more since Loganville and Monroe put in Super Center Walmarts.I know what you mean about the Covington location ,there's some funny lookin people down there as well.
