I ask because, as great as last Saturday was, we had a glimpse of brilliance once in 2005.

Here's to more than a glimpse in 2006.

I'd always prefer to just relax in a second half with a big lead than sweat it out and develop an ulcer like I did during the LSU game last year.

LSU 2nd half was better climbing back from such a hole we had dug, I just hope that we build on the Cal 2nd half better than we did from the LSU second half(it was pretty much downhill from there).

Not the second half of LSU. Glad we came back for the win, but the play was very sloppy on the way to the win. Dropped passes I remember for sure.

Second half of Cal was a better executed half of football.

We had several 3 and outs in the second half of the Cal game (4th Qtr) and we let them score too much, most of the dropped passes against LSU were in the 1st half but hey it's just an opinion.

I'd take the first 6 minutes of the second half of the Cal game over the entire 30 minutes against LSU.

The most recent best half of football always gets a vote, heh. :)

LSU game...down big in Tigre Stadium after a horendous 1st half...and a comeback win...definitely the 2nd half against LSU....

now, the opening minutes of the 2nd half, that was great, but we were up 14 and had all the momentum and after about 10 minutes, the game was over...

the LSU game was gutsy, gritty, and a nail biter...and did i mention it was at Tiger stadium, at night?

No question about it. LSU getting whooped by

. All I remember is that I was high stepping down my hallway with a flower pot tucked under my arm like a football.

LSU had a great defense last year, and it was on the road. That was their only regular season loss. I don't think it is fair to bring up our 4th quarter three and outs against Cal though as that was after the game was well in hand with our backups in.

Calling the second half against LSU sloppy did not seem like a "fair" comparison to me and again it's all just different opinions.
