You forgot to throw in #17 BYU. Much better competition than Texas for sure. In fact, the new look BIG XII is better than the ACC and Pac 12 too.

BYU is 4-O (soon to be 5-0 after they beat USC) against the PAC and just took down the 2nd best team in the ACC Coastal Division (UVA) 66-49.
