The big question here is - does it really matter? What will the CFP committee do? Will they let the winner of this game into the play-offs over Ohio State? I dont think that's likely. Will they give the winner of this game the nod over Washington (assuming they beat Colorado)? That doesnt seem likely either. Will this be the impetus needed to expand the CFP to 8 teams? or even 6 with 2 getting a bye?
But then I'm old school. Play for the conference championship. Have fun (and make money) at a Bowl, and forget the national championship. I mean, there's over a hundred teams. Everyone can't play everyone. You can't really know.
I agree with Penn State in a squeaker, though I'll be pulling for the Badgers.
