WOW, I did not realize how much I missed Ainge. The fact is Vandy has played Fla, Mich tough and beat UGA and we went in there and blew them away. To me this is a big impressive win for the Vols and shows what this team is capable of when we have Ainge and Coker at once. The future looks bright and cant wait to beat Kentucky and win our bowl game. I hope the bowl is in Fla so I can meet some of the Nation when you guys come here and root on our boys.:clapping:

I think the time off was probably good for EA as i'm sure it would be for almost any vol considering the tough games that we have had back too back. He looked muchmore laid back and had more confidence in his throws than he did in the Ala. and the SC game. Good to see.

Ainge and Coker back on the field was nice. Am so glad I was not subjected to watching all six Vandy fans storming the field after their victory.

He looked refreshed, like he did at the beginning of the year....Coker looked really good...But then again, it was also Vandy....Not taking anything away from them but its not like they played against LSU and Arkansas.....Can't wait to get past KY this weekend and get to the bowl game

our defense is going to be very good next year.

I am not sure. I think the linebackers would be much better, not sure the D line. Secondary will lose two starting corners. I believe Roshaun Fellows will fill one, and someone said Eric Berry will be the other one. I hope so.

I think a lot of why our defense has sucked this year(for lack of a better term) is that we've lost 2 starters, that were key.......The Defense should be better next year, with all the young guys playing this year and getting good minutes and what not....Just have to wait and see what next year brings I guess

agree, the def. will get better, considerably. i am a beleiver in chavis, and agree the loss of inky and harrel was too much to overcome. we will find out real quick next season in berkeley cal. go vols!!:eek:k:

Most definitely, because doesn't Cal have most of their starters returning on Offense? I think we'll win that game, but its too far off to tell.....Chavis had our boys playing I would say, somewhat decent the beginning of the year, just losing Inky and Harrel was tough.....I'm just curious to see who we play in the bowl game.....If it's Oklahoma or Penn St......They could run all over us if we don't play good because Penn St. likes the option and I think AP will be back in time for the Bowl game....Going to be an interesting Bowl season for sure
