I'm short (5"11 maybe 6 feet with shoes on) but I work my butt off for whatever I do. My legs are always in good conditioning because of track, basketball and football. But since I'm not playing football anymore I have alot of free time on my hands right now. So I started training for basketball season early. But will proably quit that too when I go to Oregon. I'm going to stick to what I am best at, TRACK. I'm going to put Oregon on the map.

Yeah I have tried that, but really don't know what to do. Like what type of exercises are they? cause all I do is alot of calf rasiers and squats. I heard that if you do ploymetrics then my vertical would go shooting up, but I don't know any of the exercises except one or two, and I am sure I am doing it wrong. Do you know any?

I know a couple....Get you a fold out chair and put one leg on it and thrust off of it and alternate your feet and increase like each week as you do them.....You can do burnouts and that is called "Cameron Crazies" drill all you do is jump up and down about an inch.....Believe me if you do them right, they will help you out with your vertical....I couldn't get rim before and now I can...They do help
