First, WAZZUP VOLNATION!?!?!?

It's been forever it feels like since I've posted on this site! Can't seem to stay away forever! Hope everybody is doing well and getting excited about all of our Vols teams.

To the point.... I am a huge Miami Heat fan and watched the game against the Magic tonight. Tobias Harris for the Orlando Magic came off the bench and scored 16 big points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, and 1 assist against a hot-streak NBA champion Miami team. He looked amazing and I believe it won't be long before he will be in the starting rotation for Orlando.

I don't even think it's too far fetched to think that he could potentially become somewhat of a star there. Orlando lost by 1 point tonight, but they came very close and TH was a huge part of that. In my lifetime (or at least in the 10 years I've been watching NBA closely) TN has never had a star in the NBA. Maybe (fingers crossed) he will become the first of a new pro Vol legacy!

Go Vols, and congrats TH on a great night!

Was it in garbage time? I know it was a 1 point loss, but where his stats padded in garbage time?

maybe just a little, but he definitely contributed during the meat of the game. he faked Wade out with a head fake a drew a foul for a 3 pt play once. ( he basically Wade-ed Wade.) I would say probably 75% of his stats were during meaningful PT

You sure you're not a woman?

Anyways Harris played well. Got screwed by some ticky tack crap. I can't wait to buy his jersey when I go to the Laker game next week.

Over 10 years ago but Houston was a borderline star.

Lol it was sarcasm...we had people saying Harris' numbers were inflated in Orlando because of garbage time, so anytime he has a good game now i have to ask lol

Thanks for update

He's been playing quite a bit since arriving in Orlando. He was robbed on a called charge where he made the goal which was wiped that would have put the Magic up by 5 late in the game.

Good game tonight man. Tough loss for you guys. TH played well. And he wasn't the only one that got screwed on some ticky tack crap. (We definitely had the refs on our side tonight.)

Anyways, as a Magic fan, I'm sure you've seen TH a lot more than me day in and day out. Was tonight unusual or has he consistently contributed like he did tonight? Do you think he is working his way into the starting 5?

He's averaging around those numbers since getting to Orlando

He's been consistently good for us. The first few games he played a lot of garbage time but that because the magic were getting blown out. The past three games have been closer and more meaningful and he's staying consistent. BTo is just being a woman by holding a ridiculous grudge against anyone who actually watched the entire game and picked up Tobias on their fantasy when the trade happened.

Anyways., we have a lot of first and second year kids so the future can be bright but its an ugly road to it. As a magic fan, I've seen worse lol. Congrats on the streak. :hi:

Not sure why he's not starting then because tonight, I was seriously impressed. Even looking at it as objectively as possible. He looked like a legitimate NBA baller tonight against arguably the best team in the league

Harkless and Drew are the starters at the 3 and 4. They know the system better and have played well too.

Thanks man. and I definitely agree that Orl has a bright future. DH is LA's problem now and who knows who's problem next year. We have this season and next and due to the new CBA, LBJ will likely get dealt away from Miami after next season. Then the door will be wide open for you guys to make a run of your own. Hell, maybe James will end up in Orlando! That would be nuts.

Seriously what the F*** was the bucks thinking by not playing him

Reminds me of when Ellis was traded from Dallas to Seattle. Couldn't get decent minutes for the Mavs and Dick Motta, but goes to Seattle and just blows up into a bona fide Allstar. Hope a similar fate awaits our boy Tobias.
