Yes. Also next year at Norman, Oklahoma - the campus has a real liberal policy regarding alcohol on Gameday. Tent city is set up on east side of stadium for tailgating and RVs.

They were selling beer at the Oregon Tailgate.

Went this weekend and they have beer there also pretty fun good food.

If you want to rub elbows with a lot of Vol fans in a small space, it looks like a lot of fun. I was going to buy tickets, but I waited too long and it sold out. But I think they were selling the same food right outside the Vol tent and I still was able to enjoy some of the atmosphere in the surrounding area and interact with a lot of fellow Vols. I think I ended up spending a little less money than I would have if I had gotten the tix to the Tailgate Tour event.
