10-0 Michigan to start the 3rd quarter.

Just worth pointing out: Iowa’s QB has a grand total of 30 passing yards on 7 completions through 3 quarters.

Some potent offenses on display tonight in these games.
Iowa has one of the best defenses in division 1.

It’s just that their offense is also unfortunately so bad that there have been weeks where teams’ punters have out passed Iowa’s quarterback…so unless Michigan started to actively shoot itself in the foot in its own endzone, it was always going to be a sound, but low scoring, Michigan win

Michigan is once again proving they are putting a bunch of slow moving gorks on the field. Their best play of the game so far was an 87 yard kick return where the returner was supposed to be a fast black kid that was run down and pushed out of bounds by a regular white guy from Iowa. How often do you see that happen? Chances are the top 4 teams in ther SEC East and West would trounce Michigan.

Are you arguing that 8 SEC teams (ie, all the way down to and including Kentucky and Texas A&M) would all beat Michigan by at minimum 2-3 scores?

Holy chit, talk about a horrendous review call! Apparently the Big 10 officials are no more immune from conference influence than the SEC officials.
That was an incomplete pass. Big10 been listening to the media chatter and was getting a little afraid that they might be left out of the playoffs this year.

Iowa sucks. I'm really not sure how good Michigan is becuase there isn't much to go off of from the Big 10. The Big 10s best out of conference wins were against Notre Dame (who Louisville and Clemson also beat), 8-4 West Virginia, 7-5 Iowa State and 6-6 Virginia Tech. That's it as far as power 5 teams with a winning record and Notre Dame was the only ranked win.

It should have never been close. What was Iowa's QB doing holding the ball that long near his own endzone? Where was the hot read? Iowa was just going to eventually punt anyways..

I don't know why Michigan would put the ball in the air at all in the second half once they went up 17. Why? Why risk it, Iowa doesn't have an offense.

Iowa’s extremely bad at passing the ball this year…that’s what he was doing.

Missouri’s punter in Week 7 had more passing yards than Iowa’s QB. That sums it up pretty well.

71 total yards of offense by Iowa through 3 quarters (51 yards passing on 10 completions).

20-0 Michigan
