With his administration on his back over a couple of incidents last year, his peers not thrilled about the circumstances surrounding the transfers of Herb Pope and Keon Lawrence, and only seven players in uniform, Bobby Gonzalez and his Pirates come from way back to upset USC. While they're probably going to get killed by Memphis and the loser of X-Va. Tech, getting a good win out of this tournament is huge for Seton Hall.

Seton Hall picked off Va. Tech today. A very good weekend of work for the Pirates.
