Big XII Overrated?

Seems to be. OK St beat by Oregon. Tx Tech drilled by Ole Miss.

Seems that the Big XII defenses leave a little to desired, are the offensive numbers inflated b/c of poor defense?

I don't they're overrated by those who really can evaluate teams in the Big 12.

Oklahoma and Texas are legit, but the rest are teams built around throwing the ball around against a lot of teams that can't play defense in the conference. Oklahoma and Texas are the only two teams in that league that would be top 5 in the SEC.

I don't doubt either team would be a top 5 team in the SEC (as much as it pains me to say that), but they certainly would not dominate the way they do in the Big XII.

With the advent of the BCS,the members of the media have been given to openly exsaturate their own conferences skills and ability.

Remember the way the computers examine their ranking.
It has always been like this to some degree,but nothing along the lines of what it is today.

But this years results and opinions after the bowl games will be like they are every year.
The SEC dominates....:good!:

lets see USC Stomped(!) ohio state. then Texas barely squeaks by ohio state, Oklahoma got beat by that same Texas team. So yes the big 12 is over rated it should of been Florida vs. USC thats just my opinion though

Big 12 football has, is, and always will be over rated. I live in the heart of Big 12 country, and its funny to see people around here think their conference is the cat's meow. The awesome offensive production of these team's is directly correlated to the league's poor defense. Anyone who says different obviously haven't grasped the principles of deductive reasoning.
