Penn is on the verge of pulling off the biggest comeback ever in NCAA football. They were down 38-0 with 25 minutes left in the game. Penn is now down 38-30, and has the ball with 3:40 remaining.

I sort of like the USC vs Notre Dame game in1974. ND was leading 24-0 and USC won 55-24

First college football game I ever saw. Was very young. Trying to watch Willie wonka and the Chocolate Factory when my dad commandeered the television. Anthony Davis was awesome that game.

What's the record, Maryland over Miami in 1984? Wasn't that like 38-3?

It was 31-0 Iirc but that was for a bowl game, the QB Frank Reich who also owns the NFLs biggest playoff comeback. The biggest ever was Michigan St beating Northwestern 41-38 after trailing 38-3 in 06 i believe. Seems like Kansas had a crazy one a couple years ago, they were behind by 28 or something early in the 4th quarter.
