Was when Coach Jones retold the story of when he held his team meeting with Cincy at 7:30, and when he announced he accepted the coaching job at Tennessee, his players all started clapping for him.

Guys and gals, we have a winner. That gives me chills and fires me up. when Kiffin left their was a mini-riot, and the players were full of disgust.

His players respect him. If your players respect you they will win for you! I think we got us a good coach guys!

Calm down. UK players LOVED Joker Phillips. How did that turn out?

Leadership wins. No matter what you are doing. Leadership wins.

My kid's HS basketball coach's lack of leadership has really brought this home lately.

If Jones is a great leader then he will do great things with the resources and players available at UT.

That's what I'm saying. The people element is under valued. Brilliant x and o guys have failed as head coach (I.e. Charlie weis).
