which guy do you think has had the better career?[/QUOTE]
YOu can't be serious?
:birgits_giggle:
This is akin to asking who had the better NFL career between John Elway and Don Strock.
Stupid thread, as usual. Gere takes on roles for which Zane has never been considered.
Costigan, do you think before you start these threads? Gere is a leading man. Zane is, at his very best, a nominal supporting actor.
Yeah, did you not read the thread? I didn't ask all that. I asked which one has had the better career. Do you know how much money Titanic has made?

Why does that make them incomparable? Buscemi has never been a leading man in a movie, but I'll take him over most any actor.
The Back to the Future franchise is better than anything Richard Gere could even dream about doing.
What does that have to do with Zane? Fox was the leading character in that movie. Fox would be a more appropriate comparison, although that wouldn't be close either.
Sadly, I don't think you get it.
Go to the dictionary and look up the word rube.

And that's why we'll never see your name in the credits. Buscemi can't play some of the roles Gere does. I like him but he's too ugly to play American Gigilo or the opposite of Julia Roberts in anything but a horror movie. Buscemi could also never pull off the role of the imprisoned Irishman in The Jackal. He is what he is: a supporting actor.
