Two days ahead of the convention he pulls out this card. I'd say it's clear he has abandoned civil discourse and has chosen instead to try to rile up the base.

What? Romney just said no one ever asked for his birth certificate. He said nothing about Obama. If you are going to take things at face value on your side, then at least be consistent.
