Blackout question to view games

Anyone know a solution to this? I live in San Diego and my wife is a big Chargers fan, however they didn't sell out by Thursday so the game is blacked out.

I have the NFL Sunday ticket and would like to see if I can plug my laptop in and stream the game from the Sunday ticket online. I realize it will still be blacked out, but is there someway I can get around this?

I remember reading something about hiding your IP Address so they won't know if you are in the blackout area or not.

Anyone?
