Looked like Kerbyson took LT and Thomas took RT. not certain, though. He's the tallest dude on the team so you figure he would have stood out if on the field (no pun intended).

I believe you are right.

I think Kendrick came in for Gilliam. Then the next possession, the line was totally different.

I don't think I saw Blair with the 2's either. Did I miss something?

I know it is waaay too early, but if we can get away with it, I would love to see us try to red-shirt him. He is obviously not living up to expectations since he has dropped all the way out of the 2 deep. Maybe a year will give him some time to mature mentally and get his body ready. If the coaches don't trust him to put him in during a blow out at home, I doubt they want to put him in a tight SEC contest.

I guess it just goes to show recruiting services can miss the mark on some rankings. That's not to say he won't have a great career here, but apparently he just isn't ready yet. Hoping for the best for him.

I think he is going to red shirt. Haven't heard this anywhere but he would've been out there with the 2s if it weren't the case

Blair did not play..I don't know if it was due to injury or if he is just out of shape

I heard that he sucked. The only way he's going to play is if Gillam, Thomas, and Kendrick were hurt.

I watched the replay and he was on the sideline. His right thumb looked heavily bandaged. So I am not sure if his injury kept him from playing or he is a wasted scholly. You can see it on the replay in the fourth quarter.
When they are talking about Worley, you can see him in the background with his hand taped

Yeah I think he was actually dressed, which I was surprised to see since he is injured???

I was almost thinking that maybe they're trying I pull a Marcus Jackson with Blair so they can have him for 2015 and 2016. Obviously, it would be ideal for him to have won the spot outright, but if there's not much of a drop off between him and Kendrick, why not redshirt him if possible and get two full seasons of him having a legitimate chance to start?

He was like 3 feet away from me at the Vol Walk. He is one large mass of humanity. Hope he can get his act together because he will be a stud if can get straightened out.
