Ever wondered why those "Top 40 stadiums" aren't written by Featured Columnists?

Wait, that would be doing independent research and thinking which isn't exactly widely practiced around here.

That being said this is what his bio says:

So paid writer or not it's a self-proclaimed Tennessee fan picking the Vols. How is that not a homer?

If I'm not mistaken they have picked every game right ...not counting points. So hopefully this is a good sign.

Of course the only two games that were hard to pick were gators and USCe.

I really think the Oline will rally behind Dobbs. I also feel that even though both teams lost, we were suppose to so it was ok. But Mizzou was a slight favorite and they blew a 17 point 4th qtr lead, so they will possibly have a hangover from that disappointment.

I don't mind who else picks my Vols to get a great road Win because I'm picking us to WIN this week too!

Our kicking rock star will WIN another one for us at the end of the game.

Mizzou will go into a tailspin and the race for the SEC East Championship will continue to be a muddled mess with fans of several teams figuring out how their team can still Win the SEC East including us.

Then for the 1st time in far too many years our Vols will break back into the rankings at # 25 and VN will be wild.

We are only just beginning to build back up to Tennessee Powerhouse football over the next few years.

Beware Mizzou, you're about to be the 1st in a row of 5 games this season that are about to be DobbsSnockered during the game and end up bUTchSlapped.

I never said the writer wasn't a homer. But I did mention he used a lot of facts and stats. Maybe reading the article next time will help you do some research for your post and argument.

I knew the guy was a homer. I'm just saying he's pointing out very good stats and facts. And that he's where I would put us. I think he's actually being pretty fair.

I thought some people might like to read it since it presents VERY good points. Obviously you coming in here calling me an idiot is egregious (look it up), which I beat you won't say that to my 4.0 GPA. Way to be a tough guy.

Well after you post on a thread I started after I said something about how I thought it had good stats and insights included in, and your comment is "idiots" can't do research. Yes. I did take it as you calling me an idiot.

As far as the GPA comment....ohhhhh good one, I'm hurt.

For what it's worth he picked against UT in the Bama, Florida and UGA games and picked UT in the USC game.

In his USC game preview:

On paper, there is very little to suggest that the Vols can hang with South Carolina, but an argument can be made this matchup is perhaps the most conducive to an upset of any remaining on UT's schedule.
