The Wall Street Journal has a tool that gives you tourney team descriptions without the team name. You can pick your bracket on "facts" without letting the team name bug you. Some are easy to figure out.

Not sure if you need a subscription but here's a link to the picking tool.

At the end does it give you brackets based on the real teams?

Sad that I immediately recognized the "Ants" as Tennessee

-Played a top 20 schedule
-Won at a 2011 #1 seed (Though ESPN will remind you it was a "neutral floor")
-Outstanding Offensive Rebounding (Used to be true)
-Good Tournament History

-Prone to Inexplicable Losses to lower-level teams
-Poor 3 pt shooting
-Poor Free-Throw Shooting
-Generally Considered an Underachiever this Year

I like this, I wish I saw this before now. I'm at work and can't devote the next hour to going through this out of curiosity, so my bracket stands as mediocre as it is. Tourney starts in 1.5 hrs!

Definitely an interesting look at the tournament. My final four was OSU, SDSU, Louisville and FL, with Louisville beating SDSU.

What's funny is some of the teams that I picked to lose in the first round on a traditional bracket went to the Elite 8 on this one. Also was 1 of 4 on the First Four games.

Interesting link, thanks for sharing.
