Blue, White, & Orange

So if you haven't heard, CBJ is grading the players at their current levels of output. He grades them as Orange, White, or Blue jerseys. Here's what Evan Woodberry recorded at GVX:

When they arrive for workouts Friday morning, players will be wearing one of three jerseys.

“They’ll be graded in three areas,” Jones said. “If they play at a championship level, they’ll wear orange. If they’re average, they’ll be white. If they’re awful or not up to our standard, they’ll be in blue.”

What does Jones expect to see?

“We have a lot of guys in white and a lot in blue, but we’ll get that corrected,” Jones said.

His players are being graded in what Jones calls the “Standard” workouts, a series of seven extremely intense four-minute stations designed to push players to their mental and physical limit.

“It’s about playing up to what we call the Tennessee standard,” Jones said.

So, my question is this, WHO IS IN WHICH JERSEY? I'm sure it will change practice by practice, but can anyone label who is what in these photos?

The one thing I see is that there are NO QBs in Orange. None. And 3 of our LBs are in Orange!

This is all about accountability. I really like it. Players feed off of their HC and so far it's good. Anyone who says this is a publicity stunt is a fool. He had to tell the media because if he didn't they'd ask about the jerseys plus it puts more pressure on the players to work harder. Very good move.

It's the hair that gives it away. Earlier pics of last week's practices showed the blond guy (blue jersey on right) to be the walkon Joe Stocstill from Lewisburg, TN.
